I have been trying to locate a Domain Appraiser with a track record to appraise about 50 domains I own. I need hard copies of the appraisals and a letter stating qualification and experience. I need the appraisals in this format to submit to a foreign government in a country where I will be doing business. The domains will be developed not sold. So far I have had no success. Moniker will only submit by email and will not provide the needed letter. Ditto for Accurate Domains. I get a spiel from one of their customer service reps who doesn't seem to get it. These are not my requirements, they are the foreign government agency requirements. I cannot dictate to a government agency foreign or domestic.
The closest I came was EchoArts. They will provide hard copies with signatures. But again, their customer support department doesn't seem to get it. They send me an email telling me that Revenue Canada and the IRS have in the past accepted their valuations. Their website says they have done appraisals for Fortune 500 companies. But no one in customer service seems willing to get an answer from corporate on the letter. When I received the last email I responded that I needed the letter for the foreign government. After that nothing. No yes or no.
Does anyone here have any suggestions? It appears domain appraisers do not want to put put their qualifications and experience on a signed document and most don't want to sign hard copies.
