Domain Aftermarket Crowns a New 2012 Heavyweight Champion With $2.45 Million Sale

The new weekly domain sales Report is out at DNJournal.com. Sales at the ultra high end of the domain market have been rare this year. Until this past week, only one had breached the 7-figure barrier. Now a $2.45 million blockbuster has changed the picture and taken over the #1 position on our Year to Date Top 100 Sales Chart. This week’s all extension Top 20 chart action was dominated by .coms that swept 17 of the 21 entries (the extra position resulted from a tie for the final spot), The ccTLDs had two chart entries and both of those landed on the top half of the elite list.
