I just entered a mutual understanding with a buyer to sell my 73 domains for $5000. Awaiting payment.
I don't know whether that's a good or a bad deal.

I think I made a few hundreds in this deal. I still think individually they can sell for a lot more....but that's the reseller market I guess.
Just clearing my portfolio to have better names.
Another 70 going in bulk.
Both buyers are friends from startup community trying to diversify their investments.

Take it - it looks as if it will take some work to get a good return.

Most are garbage, but you do have a few cherries in there. If you need the money fast then do the deal. If you sell your cherries though, they are gone probably forever. What are you going to do? Don't go lower than the original deal of $5000. Do not renew them, let the buyer renew them. Renewal on 43 domain names is approximately $430. Hold Firm.

My appraisal is really not of any importance, just trying to get more of an idea as to how the sale transpired. I just reread that it is a sale between friends... well done, definitely buy them a few pints as well.
