Does Sedo send payments during holidays?

After auction has gotten to the below stage, how long does it take til Sedo sends payment out, asking because it seems our broker Iris Siedlatzek went on holiday vacation til 28th December and we're getting no replies. Are you guys getting payments from Sedo, or do you think nothings coming before 28th when holidays end?

Your part in this transfer is now complete, and we shall assist the buyer in taking control of the domain. Once the buyer has control of the domain, the listing will be deleted from your Sedo account.

I think that if you have that information in your transaction history broker already sent
message to billing team and they should proces your payment. What payment method did you choose? Paypal or wire transfer?
