Does Sedo Offer Post Auction Negotiation?

At the end of Sedo auction, say the reserve is $999. If the auction ends with a high bid of $900, I know the auction ends without a winner. But, if the seller wants to settle for the high bid and sell, can the seller do this?
Does Sedo allow this happen?
Please help me know this....
