Does NameDrive answer emails?!?

I have emailed them twice, once 5 days ago, the other 2 days ago. No reply to my emails and didn´t fix my problem (they don´t let me put in the word "loans" as a keyword on a bank type name).

Becoming VERY disappointed with their service...

I have the same problem. 3 e-mails in 7 days and no reply. Maybe they are too busy with their "$100 bonus for new customers" campaign.

I personally wish these companies would also have a phone line for customer support.

Sorry that you haven't heard any response by email. As I said before on here, we aim to respond to everything within 24 hours. It seems that some emails don't get through. Which email address did you use to contact us so I can check up what happened to the mails? You can send the mails again to [email protected] and there should be no problem.
