Hi everyone,
Recently I parked some domains with NameDrive and last week I started to change the settings because so many of these domains had information and links that have no relevancy to the names of the domains.
I changed the Templates, headers, category, subcategories, I placed
Keywords, and because I live in Portugal, I changed the country (mostly to U.S. and U.K.) as these countries seemed to get the most relevant information for the respective domain names).
The next day to my surprise all the country changes (U.S and U.K.) had gone back to the default country, Portugal. Problem with Portugal (Default) is that a lot of the links and content are not relevant to the domain names.
I re-did them again, but the story repeated itself. I tried calling Namedrive´s Phone # but it´s not the correct #. I e-mailed them 3 times asking for help on this and other problems. No answer.
Does anyone in this forum know how to solve this situation. I wish these companies had phone # for support. Seems like a lot of them don´t. Waiting for replies by e-mail is extremely frustrating.
Regards
GIL
