question Does Moniker whois update after transfer?

Transferred a name to the buyer at Moniker from my Moniker account but Whois didn't update. It's been 4 days. Anytime I have transferred in the past the name automatically gets updated with the new buyers Whois. Has this changed? Do they now have to manually change the Whois?
