I was following the sales report thread and was motivated greatly. But I wanted to know if your sales are a result of paid promotion like featuring with Godaddy. Sedo also has similar option.
So is your sales a direct result of featuring it?

The answer is: It depends. If you have such domain names which can fetch you a good price if exposed to a larger audience, you should advertise else you won't find any results with average names.

Like poster above mentioned, for most names it is not worth the price of promotion. Might as well buy another domain. If your domain is good then you don't really need promotion most of the time.
