Afternic Newbie Questions

I'm new to Afternic and before I sign up for a membership, I wanted to ask a few questions.

1. When I sell a domain under "Basic Promotion Sales", do I need to pay both the Basic Promotion Sales Fee and the Escrow Fee, or just the Basic Promotion Sales Fee?

2. If I want the buyer to pay the fees, how does that work?

3. Has there been any case where the buyer doesn't pay and you've already transferred the domain and Afternic can't do anything about it?
