Just a quick update: Thanks to everyone who has PMed.

I have found the perfect VCR system, and am currently looking to source capital to get this going.

Looking at a low XXX startup so not a problem there, this would be ultimately non-profit though.

If anyone is interested in helping found this with me, let me know.
