Do you buy registered names before 2 months past?

Hi,

Do you sell or buy domains which have not been registered at least 2 months ago ? Most registrars do not let to transfer them to another registrar for security/fraud reasons. I know you can push them to another account on the same registar but is it a safe way for the buyer?

A buyer who doesn't do some background check first is asking for trouble irregardless of how "safe" a push is. Same with sellers to some degree. It really depends on the price transacted, if its less than $500 bucks, then it ain't such a big deal if fraud happens. Big transactions are the ones you need to be extra careful
