Whois don't update after 2 months from order. What can I do

I bought 20+ domains at Enom's ClubDrop service in past 3 months. Most of them work well but I get trouble for several domains:

1) The Whois don't update though 2 months past. Still display the previous registrars Whois info and Domain status are "clientTransferProhibited"

2) For one of the problem Domain, I even can not change the DNS in my Enom Account. I got the message as "Errors modifying name servers: Failed to get registrar lock" when I try it.

I have opened a support ticket to Enom regarding this issue but no reply yet.

Could you kindly give me some suggestion on the same?How can I make the Whois be updated? And why I can not modify the DNS? And did you have the same situation before?

No reply from Enom yet (Maybe because of weekend ). Is there anyone has the same problem? Could any one give me some suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

I did hard search here but could not find the right answer.
