I was wondering, do all premium domains have value regardless of the extension? For example, do you think the following domains would have re-sell value no matter what the extension(not comparing to .com values):

news(.de, .es, .fr, in, etc...)
ringtones
sports
weather
banking
diamond

I have found some "premium" names that are available in non-dotCom extensions. Should I buy them?

No, the extension matters a great deal. There are a few possible exceptions such as: Casino.ext, Poker.ext, and Credit.ext.

Same a question for me

I picked some Premium .GD month ago but looks not many buyers interested in it :(

English names don't sell a lot in extensions such as .de , .es , fr. Language specifics are better here.
news(.de, .es, .fr, in, etc...)

The trouble with some of the extensions is that the regfee is too high. In these cases, even if the keyword is valuable, the regfee gobbles up any value the domain would have.

Is credit.ext one of the best keywords to be compared very close to casino & poker?

The value of the domain is clearly linked to the number of domains registered in the extension and the regulatory framework. Thus the most valuable extension would be .com because of the sheer number of domains registered in it. Country code extensions such as .de and .eu would be simliarly valuable. However the domain has to be easily traded. A situation where a domain would belong to a business and the domain and business would have to be traded would tend to knock the price down.
