How long does it need to take to reply to a ticket????

Where is DNS top premium service, support blah blah????

I submitted a ticket nearly 48hrs ago AND STILL NOTHING!!!! Being the " elite " of the parking and broker industry I would have expected something better!

Did this happen to any of you?

HI, is this the first time you have submitted a ticket to them, did they responded earlier quickly ?

Well Donny and Team is kind enough to reply quickly on Voodoo.. Sometimes under 1 hour.

As I sad n some other threads I need a good sale platform ( beside parking my names ) and EVERYONE says they are best...

Yes this happen to me, I still not receive their support for long times
