I scoured the forum and haven't found a similiar situation ...now I only have 5 .be at registerfly.com and I received 5 notices anyone know what this is about?? My whois is correct though dns.be is showing as technical contacts

Dear domain name holder,

DNS BE has been informed that the WHOIS data for the domain name dotbiz.be are inaccurate or incomplete.

Article 8,a,1°, of our terms & conditions that apply to anyone who has a licence for a .be domain, mention clearly that the holder of the licence has the obligation to guarantee that "all statements made during the registration process and the term of the licence are complete and accurate". The terms & conditions also state in article 5 that the licensee must have a functioning email address.

Therefore, I would like to invite you to verify the WHOIS data and to correct the data for your domain where they are wrong or incomplete.

I must inform you that in conformity with article 3,d, of the terms & conditions, DNS BE will revoke (=delete) the domain name if you do not comply with the terms & conditions within 14 days from the sending of this message.

I got the same notices for all my .be's.. my info on Registerfly is correct and complete. Personally, it's not worth the bother to me to hassle with this and I plan to let them all drop.

I got 3 as well, and I also registered at RegisterFly. I don't see anything inaccurate about the whois though. Wonder if someone is complaining over the RegFly registrar? Not sure. Anyway, I agree, let them drop if they want them. Didn't cost anything anyway...

at dns.be the only thing i see is that tucows is listed as one of the contacts
at regfly whois it looks fine..maybe all the .be regged at regfly will be deleted if they all show this info as incorrect??

If you need to update it please make the appropriate changes and reply to the email advising it has been updated.

Just reply to the notice confirming your WHOIS data is complete and accurate
if the .be name/s is/are that important to you. Can't really blame registerfly if
the .be Registry's really pushing them to double-check, triple-check, etc.

agreed...but it came from dns.be and not regfly

Dear domain name holder,

DNS BE has been informed that the WHOIS data for the domain name dotbiz.be are inaccurate or incomplete.

There was no notice sent from regfly of this but it did warrant a mention in their help section...This notice should of been sent to people that registered .be not hidden in the help/support section..only my opinion
