DNLease.com - Best Way To Develop This Site

Hello,

I'm developing my domain, DNLease.com. The intended use for the name is pretty obvious.

I've looking for feedback from fellow domainers as to what would be the most useful and effective type of site for the domain leasing concept.

So far, I've contemplated a database type site with domains that are available for lease, similar to LeaseThis.com. I've also thought about creating a forum, which would give lessors and lessees the ability to discuss potential transactions, both in public and private.

I'm open to all of your ideas. I know there are a lot of opponents to this concept, however, my goal is goal is to create a marketplace and structure that is beneficial to both the lessor and lessee alike.

Yes you should make a marketplace where people can lease domains.

That is the most suitable thing that comes to my mind when this domain appears.
