eTeen.com - Looking to develop new site- any good ideas?

I own the domain eTeen.com and would like to design and promote website that will be major one for teens.
Am looking for: a. concept and ideas for a design and what should be included in the site
b. good wed design/developer to work with.

I have business experience but no web design/marketing background.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

lol, i thought it was a porn domain at first....
ahem, anyway, here are the things id suggest:

Either make one big happy unisex site, so neutral colours, information regarding BOTH boy and girl. So include an online chat type thing, games, funny vids, jokes etc.

Or make separate sections for boys and girls, the boys can have games/funny pics and stuff, the girls can have funny things, and girly stuff...

Also, if you are willing to pay for a web design, pm me :D

maybe use it as a place to inform teens about issues and stuff. Also have a forum where teens can talk about problems and stuff and add games and stuff on the side
