Hi everyone!
I'm Macit, the founder of dndisputes.com.
DNDisputes.com is a free website where domain name dispute cases are presented.
You can search/filter domain name dispute cases here. It's most important difference from any other resource is the data is well-structured.
The website was launched several months ago but we are still working hard to make it better.
Why DNDisputes.com?
There are more than 40,000 domain name dispute cases but unfortunately you couldn't search/filter cases as you want.
For example you couldn't list all cases with "somebody" as panelist or you couldn't see all domain dispute cases filled by "a company" in "2018" and the decision is "Complaint Denied".
I just wanted to tell some of the features of DNDisputes:
Latest Cases
You can see all the active cases (cases filled recently and not decided yet). This list is updated every 6 hours.
SEARCH PAGE
Search page is most powerful part of DNDisputes. You can search; case text, domain name, case number, complainant, respondent, panelist, domain extension.
You can also filter the cases by decision date, case particular, case language, decision, panelist, complainant, complainant country, complainant representative, respondent, respondent country, respondent representative, number of domain names (in the case), rdnh status, respondent reply (did respondent reply the complainant’s contention), domain name based features (registrar, extension, extension type, length, include hyphen-number-letter).
Search page is really powerful and you can play with it as you want. For example you can list all cases filled in 2017 by complainants in USA, the panelist is Tony Willoughby and the decision is complaint denied with RDNH: https://www.dndisputes.com/search?c...17&is_rdnh=true&panelist_name=Tony+Willoughby
And these are the other powerful pages:
All Cases
All Domain Names
Statistics
Estimate Tool
By using our powerful estimate tool you can easily estimate the possible decision before it's made.
Visit the estimate page to estimate decisions.
Browse Cases by
We created custom pages for each of these:
Decision Type
Country
Case Language
Complainant
Respondent
Representative
Panelist
Decision Date
Case Particular
Domain Extension
Domain Length
Domain Registrar
If you want to get new cases and decisions by daily email please subscribe our newsletter.
You can also follow us on Twitter.
There are only WIPO UDRP decisions for now but we are working hard to add other centers cases in the near future.
Please note that we're still in beta. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Macit
