From my experience, observed when I submit daily: my accepted names are not distributed evenly among submissions, but gather in large chunks. There are days when they accept around 60% of my sumbissions, and days when they accept around 15%. It all depends on the day. Today was a very bad day, almost everything rejected. Among these:

Healing Med
Social Purse
Style Pivot

I thought these very likely to be accepted. In fact, recently Native Med (not mine) was accepted, and plenty of Pivot names.

My two cents:
I think HealingMed was rejected because it's too specific and medicine is not an industry that BB caters too. However, I think it is a good name and one that I would list on SEDO or Afternic etc. at a moderate price. Social and Purse don't work together to well in my opinion. StylePivot is not bad except that pivot is a business term for start ups and not a term used much in the artsy world of fashion or clothing. So while its a name that I kind of like I can see also why BB didn't take it. Good luck with your future submissions!

Your comment inspired me to take a look at some of my recent rejects and provide some feedback:

si/mu/cr/ea/te - end user issues
re/nt/de/si/gn/er - narrow
st/rw/br/ry/ - I actually like it, but it is hard to spell
up/li/ft/sa/les - kind of a mouthful
ro/ck/co/nc/ept - who would use it
po/ck/et/ga/ins - gains kw might be weak
ba/nk/ga/in/s - ^
en/cy/rp/ti/an - narrow and just a typo
cr/ea/te/ga/ins - see above, ( I do like this one though)
lo/ot/bl/oo/m - loot kw is weak?
gi/ft/cr/ea/ti/ve/ly - narrow
ne/ws/vs/me/dia - narrow and 3 words and multiple spellings
ra/ck/gr/ow/th - niche, because it's basically for a hosting company and nothing else
br/ai/ni/ga/mi - narrow
st/ro/ng/er/st/re/am - negative connotation
da/ta/br/az/e - narrow
fu/ll/sc/al/et/es/t - too many words?

I think my common mistakes are that I get names that are too niche and too many words.

Please let me know if you guys have any constructive criticism for these names.

shad/ow/pad - narrow and kw's may not go together
fe/xe/n - some other spellings exist

You could be right about soc/ial/pu/rse in the long run.

These are very focused narrowly on the retail industry and that may be why they were rejected. Shop Friday in particular appears to have a very narrow application. NeverClose is not bad and you may be able to sell it on Afternic etc or by reaching out to some businesses who specialize in 24/7 service. Good luck!

I just beat my personnal record of consecutive accepted names with 6.

But the sequence ended when they rejected these two :
- Mionia
- Baxys

Concerning your rejected ones, I agree with the rejection of baxys but I like Mionia.

Joopic doesn't pass the radio test and many/most people would spell it JewPic. Either way it has a negative connotation for some people and its application is narrow (pictures). A narrow application doesn't mean a name can't sell its just that names with a wider application have more potential customers and are often (but not always) more desirable.

Elastigo is not bad. Not very techy but not a bad name in my humble opinion. I could see BB accepting a name like that. It's 50/50. In this case they rejected it. Comes with the territory. BBs avg acceptance rate is 20% so you have to expect some rejections.
