Perception is the key lol.
Im just saying its wise not to close your eyes and disregard a massive term uprising.
We can try to 'defend' our favorite terms all day and thats fine by me but its not smart to look at the reality with only one set of colors.

that fragments game looks very cool.. no doubt... but you can pick any number of games for any console and say the same thing - but this doesn't mean a change in their marketing approach

The only reason I say change of marketing approach is because you know as well as I do before 2016 Microsoft never really mentioned the term mixed reality.

Everything was Holo/Hologram/Holographic.

Maybe I worded it wrong but what I meant was they have now started to describe their tech as mixed reality where there was no or at least very little mention of this keyword prior 2016 from microsoft.

I am not saying Holo won't be a term Microsoft will push hard.. I am just saying they are confusing their approach a little more than they probably needed to.

also of note is how the back end of holograms are being used as well with other words, like 'Word + Gram'
Check out Microsoft and their ActionGram application (believe it or not, i actually have Actiongrams(.)com)
I have also seen other uses of holograms being tied together with just the 'gram' ending.

I wouldn't go all out joining tons of keywords with the word gram (many are actually already gone tbh), BUT, there IS potential here and it only works SOMEtimes AND only in some instances.
I also very much think these are all a case-by-case

• Designergram(.)com
... in this instance MAYBE something like 'DesignAgram' may be better... not so sure i believe that (and believe it or not, it's already registered, although not holo related), so i went with the full, non-slang 'designer'.

• Shopogram(.)com
... i just don't like Shopgram - it sounds odd to me, so i went with the more catchy 'Shopogram', opting to leave the 'o' before the gram. I feel it flows very nicely, is extremely memorable and is right in line with other examples i have seen.

• Actiongrams(.)com

• Haptigrams(.)com (Haptic Holograms)

• Pokergrams(.)com

• Casinograms(.)com

i love both of these last two (pokergrams and casinograms) but i do also believe that they would both be better positioned in the singular without the S... there is still a LOT of potential value here.

Interesting. I did reg a couple of gram domains a couple of days ago in king: GramPor* and GramCasino (short version of HoloGramCasino etc). Already have MRGrams and some other ones. Just a small group of domains in case this Gram term will grow.

Great name! VR headsets are very unsafe and I imagine after Christmas we are going to see lots of accidents. Kids and adults falling down stairs etc. I believe hologram projection is the future.

This is what I was thinking when I acquired P*rnograms in King.

I believe this could become a commonly used phrase for describing adult holograms.

We're not allowed to post anything to do with smut, but there's a webcam company that's just announced live holographic cams through 3D holographic pyramids that can be bought off of e-bay for $5.
