If I had it personally and I couldn't find anyone to take it off my hands it would sit in my portfolio until it expired and then I would let it drop. That doesn'y mean that you should necessarily do that though. I have an excess of domains as it is and am backlogged with the ones I want to develop. I foolishly bought too many names recently and probably don't even have time to develop some that I really would like to.
That may not be the case for you. If you have the time, maybe try making a site that list discounts for products and services around your local area. If you really like this name and want to develop it and have a plan then get developing.
If you do develop this site I think it will have to be a site that you are constantly working on. Discounts aren't static so you'll have to be updating regularly.
When it comes down to it, the success of your site will be determined by the work you put into it.
Are you passionate about this name? Then develop it. Do you just think it sounds cool? Then let it go.
