Established Directory with more than 146K+ site entry

I am selling my directory site http://www.directory143.com, this directory have more than 146K site entry and 600+ categories. This site is new, if you ask where those data entry came from, they are from my old directory sites...

Please be patience when opening it, due to the size of the database it load litle bit slow and my server is not that good too.

But this directory have good future.... the script created individual pages for every site submitted.

This is one of the hidden technique of those professional directory owners to earn more from their adsense and get target traffic from search engines. The search result are all mod rewrited. Meaning you can submit those targeted search link result to other site or search engine.

If you're asking for the site stat, well since the site is less than 1 month old expect nothing....

Is it basically a turnkey site with a database loaded?

No reciprocal link is not required.... about the issue, if other site is being sold in other forum using same database yes. But this site have additional features which is not available in my other site. And also there are more sites included in the database.

Yes you're right, but I made big modification to the script, if you familiar with the script there is very big diffirence now...

Have you been given permission to sell this source code?

They dont allow you to show any code modifications to others, especially not sell it.

I am not selling the script... I am selling the site... I guess this is not against their TOS. There are lot of people selling site using the same script with their own updates of the script.

Edpudol is correct, many sites use this script, several large directories in fact. There is nothing wrong with selling this site at all.
