I've been noticing that many domains that are expired and get listed for pre-relase in NameJet are being diverted in the last few days to this account:

Registrant State/Province: Nevis

Registrant Country: KN

Registrant Email: [email protected]
according to Directnic they do not have an expired domains auction and rely upon NameJet.
So how com are these guys getting the domains?
Note that they have NOT purchased them from their previous owners.
