This domain names have grate potential. If you develop them with some grate info, they all can be estimated at 1k each

IMO DirectDubai.com is a nice domain. I would not compare it to the rest of your portfolio. The other names are quite focused (I assume you are into a specific market niche) while this one is much more generic.
It could do very well for a tourism portal (and investments too).
If you want a price tag I would say low $$$$ (again just this name alone).

Thanks Guys... I have been focused more in the Telecommunications niche for Dubai but I found DirectDubai.com to be too tempting and had to buy it.

I believe in the future of Dubai and the need that they are sure to discover in domains.

Developement... yes, that's the key. So far, parking at Fab doesn't recognize the foreign traffic and SedoPro is showing good traffic but apparently doesn't pay for most of them (or very little). Parking Revs certainly aren't helping

Still, I think the bigger picture is reselling for this market and niche.
