I'm still wondering if I should move over to Domainsite as their prices are very attractive.

But I'd like to know what is the difference between:
Name Server Registeration
DNS Management


Which one will let me point my domain to for example, the name servers ns1.domain.com and ns2domain.com?

OK if I understand your question right you are trying to find out which one of these two will point your domains. Use the DNS management. This is the section that should contain the nameservers setup area. Registration is for registering new nameservers and normally in most systems it uses the name of your domain. This all depends on the registrar.
