Difference between TLD categories

Brand new to this excellent forum and I wondered if anyone knew the difference between category I and category II domain names please?

That is simply Sedo's arbitrary structure for fees/commissions. I wouldn't pay it any attention unless you're looking at how much the fees would be, it has no relevance to anything except Sedo.
