I would say that better would be plural, devices.blog, which could be blog about devices..device.blog..I am not sure about usage of such name..maybe if you could suggest some, that would be helpful.

I asked about renewal, as if the renewal is standard, this hugely increase re sale opportunities, both to end user and re sellers/domainers (which is your case here).

I had exactly same thoughts about plural form...and you know what pushed me towards singular? The difference in price between singulars and plurals on .blog premium domains - singulars are always way higher than plurals (at least from what I searched) . Maybe singular form has way better chances to be memorized, looks solid, with higher authority etc, I am not sure if this works in all cases, though. And I mean names related to product, e.g. phone.blog is more expensive than phones.blog
