Development Ideas: WilmingtonHotels + ScottsdaleCondos - Please assist

Looking to develop the above 2 GEO domains... any suggestions or ideas on how to extract the best for the keywords in terms of development?

Both are .net and have good search volume. I think "Wilmington Hotels" is around 135,000 EXACT monthly searches... and Scottsdale is pretty popular for it's Condos. I am sure these domains could make a few bucks if developed properly.

Any ideas at all would be most welcome...

You could use Noah's Classifieds for the condos website - sell home page ads. Maybe just make a directory of all the hotels in Wilmington and have some kind of star rating system and comment area.

Thanks... I will look into that software today. It could be a very nice solutions for ScottsdaleCondos and even my Aptos (dot) net, with Hotel listings, Real Estate, Classifieds, Jobs, Activities - a real community advertising portal.

If you're up for some serious development for the hotels site, get an IAN account, pick all the Wilmington (and Wilmington area) hotels out of their datafeed and come up with some original/useful way to present them to your visitors. If you want search engine love, create some original content to go with it or Google will label you as just another good-for-nothing, thin travel affiliate.

Thanks, I actually subscribed a few days ago. They dish out nice 50% booking commissions. The domain is now in development and should be set up on Monday.

If I offer visitors what they seek you won’t need that search engine love, just an Adwords campaign will do the trick, especially with the very high exact monthly search volume.

I agree that it’s much better to be in the natural search result, because that is basically free, but it will cost more time and effort to get there. It will come when/if I decide to add more content to the domains. I guess it will be a lot easier for my 2nd hotels domain to be developed today: AlanyaHotels(dot)net, since there are many attractions in the area.

Be careful if you use Adwords too - if you don't have some "added value" you'll get googleslapped into $10/click bids.

Thanks... I will putting up a website on my AlanyaHotels(dot)net too - Think there are about 40,000 average monthly searches for "Alanya Hotels" and about 135,000 monthly searches (exact) for "Wilmington Hotels" - so they should both do well with a campaign and a little promotion...

Anybody here live close to Wilmington? Would love to have a small article written up about the city by someone who lives there or nearby... please PM for details.

WilmingtonHotels.net + AlanyaHotels.net are now fully developed and already getting regular traffic. Just now have to figure out how to MONETIZE the sites and PROMOTE.
Any ideas?
