Developing a site around a domain

Looking at the numbers the parking services are giving and having my hands tied by how I can promote the domain as to not violate the TOS. I think Im going to develop a couple sites.

I was looking at Linkshare. They have alot of companies that I can promote.

My question:

Where can I find a script that can incorporate Linkshare's datafeeds into my site?
