I have the domain:

I am after a developer to develop the site into a resource for visitors, this will require ongoing updating of the site and should be looked on as a part-time but long term project.
Due to the nature of the work involved and the amount of traffic that could be built up on such a site I am willing to split all revenues from the site 60/40 in the developers benefit. The developer will though have to meet all costs of hosting, developing, etc. from their 60% share.
I would look for the developer to be very competent in writen English (multi-lingual would also be beneficial though not imperative). Initial development of site appearance would have to be approved by me, and it is envisaged that the site should be non-partisan.
