SiteCure is a general web directory with over 19.000 hand submitted links under 750 categories. The directory is growing and getting popular at a rapid rate with over 30-50 new site submissions per day. Site runs on free version of phpld. The site design is based on a slightly customized template optimized for search engines and ad placement. SiteCure is over two months old and currently gets close to 200-250 visitors and 900-1000 page impressions a day.

Current traffic is generated through direct visits, links from directories and directory lists, forum posts and word of mouth. Other then promoting the site at a few webmaster forums, I havent' done any promotion or advertising so far. Site already has over 200 pages indexed by Google.
Adsense has been generating around $0.50 - $1 per day on average. Interested parties can request adsense stats via PM. You can also make more money by selling featured and sponsored links as time goes by.
Looking for offers over $199 with BIN set at $249.
12 months of hosting will be included with the site free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. Domain is registered at Moniker and come with a free push. Payment preferred by Paypal.
