Develope my domains. You profit.

I'm looking for someone that might be interested in developing some of my domain names for a portion of the revenue. The sites don't have to be full blown sites. I just want something better than a parked page. I want a page with some graphics and relavent links. Most parking services put links on the parked pages with links that aren't the greatest. I would like to pick the links that I want on the site and not just base the links on keywords. I've got some really good names ie: electronictraffic.com, hdgaming.com, timesharevacationrentals.com, postgradschool.com, stemcelltesting.com ect. If interested please post.

Well If you want to earn something from it then it must be a nice sites.
And to make nice sites, market it do some basic SEO and link building it takes time. So is there something more other then revenue share? Let me know.

Right now all I can offer is some of the revenue made from the sites. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to offer more.

Only developing? How much money will you spend into Marketing them ? I mean ... if you want some people to develop them , others to market them , and you to only take the profit.. no no no this is not the way it's working now adsys! you better get a budget for everything! you payd the development and you are ready with with ! that's a... why not paying 300-1000 USD payment, then paying everytime 50% of your websites profits?!

I might recommend free placement of affiliate links, or website/ad links for the developper in the pre-earnings stage, as well as of course, paying for the development. You might look at profit sharing too.
