Link Submission Script Needed - In my own style

Hi..

If any one's here.. is a scripter.. i need a very simple script its based on a single page website, anyone comes on my website and just put the tittle and their link for free submission on the main page.. its not like directory or anything,

Free Link Submission :-

Tittle ___________ Link ____________ (Submit Button)

Note :- Free Links should be removed automatically after a week

The note of promoting us should appear after every 5 free links..

and u have no concern wid premium ads u just have to leave some space for premium ads/links, when ever some one add his site it should appear in free link section thats it..

In short u have to make a little script of free links section..
