I have a decent offer for roadbike.mobi It is one of a few I had planned to develop but of course the first I have gotten an offer on that will pay for most of the rest. Should I sell or develop. Offer was mid xxx's. Thanks

It's a very good name, and normally I would have said develop and/or hold out for a better offer.

If you really need the money to develop the others in your portfolio though, and they are not inferior to this one, and you don't own the entire space around it (eg, roadbikes, roadbiking, etc), the lowest-risk strategy would be to take the offer and try to buy out some of the potential competitors to your other development names with some of the money - people who have regged excellent domains for less than a tenner only months ago are sometimes ready to let them go at well below even wholesale prices (it can't be just me
