I feel it as my duty to inform all of you the power of developing your generic traffic domain names. If you can get traffic via the search engines, then also do so. It is important that you are knowledgable on the subjects and have a passion for them, and then you can truely enjoy developing your website and seeing it grow. Use Google's Adsense around the site.

But PPC will not keep your visitors returning, however great content, development and providing them with what they are looking for will!

Feel free to post your expieriences with development here, but I have recently learnt that you can do much better with development than with PPC.

PPC is a very lucrative business.
However many domains are better suited for PPC.
High Paying keywords are generally better for PPC. Unless of course you are interested in opening a casino, or operating a loan service, etc.
People can afford to spend all that money on clicks because they are making that money back plus profit in return!
People with thousands of names do not have the sort of luxury of developing all of their names, but for smaller owners in actual numbers of domains, but with great domains, you should really consider it.
