Bought a few days ago on GoDaddy, parked on Sedo.

Intended to be a landing page with hotel affiliates, about destin beach info, maybe some tourist guides.

Any appraisals would be great.

I actually live close to Destin. It's a narrow strip of land with water on both sides.

Epik appraisal shows 898 average monthly searches. Where did the 14,000 come from?

Best free keyword planner tool I've found, allowed xx uses per day usually about (30-40 free) they have other great tools too even as a free user.

Double checked and it says "destin beach hotels" has (14,800 average monthly search) with the keyword research tool. (CPC $2.06) (6,330,000 total results)
