Defaulting Sedo seller

Has anyone ever legally pursued a defaulting Sedo seller and had a positive outcome?

I recently bought a ultra-premium name on Sedo, what I deemed to be well below market value. As expected, the seller defaulted on the sale. Private whois info, so could not validate authenticity. In this case, I would expect the eventual sale of this name would far exceed any legal fees.

See about a minimum of a dozen other threads here on NP about sedo, buyers and sellers who do not complete, blah blah blah.

Bottom line is this:
Unless you have a written agreement ahead of a sale, waste of time and money to get a lawyer and try to sue someone.
Write it off as experience (like so many others have) and move on.

Thank you for the reply. The last four Sedo purchases I have made the seller has defaulted. Not quite sure what the "experience" to be gained is, other than accepting that Sedo is an extremely unreliable and irresponsible marketplace.
