Sedo Selling Contract - Advice Needed

Hello,

If I sell a domain name through a sedo auction and I change my mind after the auction and after Sedo has received the funds from the seller, but before I release the domain name, can I withdraw from the sale and terminate the contract, for what ever reason?

I am based in the UK and dont know where the buyer is located.

Would appreciate advice asap.

Why would you or anybody else change their mind AFTER a sale? What ever happened to ethics?

Your account will be suspended and you will not be able to do business with Sedo again.
And the buyer can sue you.
