I need your advices. I want to buy a managed dedicated server. It should be cheap and secure. I know it is very hard to find a good company with cheap prices, but may be you have some suggestion.

It should be linux os. It should be stable for high traffic (about 40k daily or higher). I prefer cpanel to use. And I think ram should be minimum 2gb. So on

I think you may find a server for your requirements at downtownhost.com - their dedicated plans are not expensive and it is possible to configure server for higher RAM or CPU or other specs... However I do not know what does the word "cheap" means for you, and it might be harder to get a qualified service if the your cheap is the same as mine.
