I'd too recommend you to boost your budget or else you will get loads of offer from the overselling or kiddie host. If you can't raise your budget then I'd strictly recommend you to go for a vps hosting, here you will have some reliable offers.

I agree with James-A: with those numbers, you may fall prey to a kiddie host. Once the Algebra II class starts getting tough, your server might disappear.

I would have to disagree with James as the DC I work with we are currently running a special on p4 and celeron servers. But on the flip side of that you do have to watch for "fly by night" hosting services.
