Dedicated Server! Proxy Site Will Be Hosted Plus Others!

Hi,

I'm looking for a dedicated server that is managed, so I'll just have to deal with WHM and cPanel. I'm basically just using it for sites and I have no knowledge with being a site admin.

The dedicated server will hold a proxy site plus some other minor sites. I want the server to have a minimum of 20GB and hopefully I can upgrade later. Also for a processing I want P4 2.0 or higher. I need a fair amount of ram too for the proxy. Basically it should be able to handle a proxy site that has a fair amount of visitors each day. If you don't know if it could please don't post I want confident people since a company said a VPS could handle it but then it couldn't.

I'm looking for some fairly cheap and hopefully a 30 day money back guarantee just because I don't want anything to go wrong.

Someone is already hosting me on for $50, if anyone has pricing like that or even cheaper please PM me. It's on a VPS but he manages everything and allows me to have a proxy site on it. I would like to expand and have even more proxies in the future.
