I am pitching the business model #DecentralisedShopping as the transformational business model that will change the world. This is a 10 year project for me but is correlated with over 20 years of projects that I have been working on. It is my belief that #DecentralisedShopping will disrupt the shopping models of large sales distributors across the world. I am mentally exhausted today. I don't have the energy to present the case as to why this is a revolution in shopping that will transform but I am confident that this is going to be huge. I hope to add more details to my case when I have rested my brain a bit. I am making it clear that at this point time I have not investigated the blockchain potential with this technology. There is a high chance there is potential but I am trying to be focused in my work and have not had the resources to investigate in this area.

What is your quick summary of decentralised shopping… isn’t it pretty decentralised already?

Shopping that gives consumers power to influence the direction of trade and manufacturing design. In a large way, sellers lead the tango and consumers are taken for a ride. Maybe, I need a better name for my model than #DecentralisedShopping. I like it and it makes sense to me.

Benefits
- Open access to #GenericBrandPricing (e.g. like in Chemists)
- Stronger buyer influence over shopping decisions
- Easier access for small businesses to compete on volume pricing of large businesses
- A lot easier for buyer cooperatives to form and get stronger influence over buying decisions
- Increased market options available
- Stronger second hand market
- Strengthening of local manufacturing
- Less money wasted due to poor forecasting
- Foundational system to developing Artificial Intelligence markets
- #Liquidity of products and services

The key that makes it decentralised is the way this model revolves around #SuperannuationCompanies (Whales) being the anchor of the shopping system. What I have identified is that most people don't realise that #GenericIP has value and can be sold to the whales. This allows the whales to gain #EconomiesOfScale for #IPManagement (Quality Assurance Costs) so that they can work with software companies and manufacturers to have an #Uberlike effect on the shopping trade routes and advance competition to dramatically higher rates than today. It took me 10 years to realise the roles of whales to anchor the shopping model. Small and medium size manufacturers across the world are often drowning with Quality Assurance Costs. By having whales carrying the weight of the QA Costs, manufacturers can be leaner and faster and can compete a lot more easily than they do today.

In essence this is a #BrandedIntellectualProperty VS #GenericIntellectualProperty business model. By making it easier for small businesses to compete in the #GenericIntellectualPropertyMarket, there is a lot fairer competition and small businesses can run on leaner business models that help small businesses make money with less inflated prices.
