Not sute for solo... I believe you will not be able to make any online purchases with the specific card, since it is an atm card. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Contact the registrars directly... they should tell you for sure!

TIP: My debit card -an electron visa- is accepted everywhere on the web (registrars, webhosting, plus many more). If you cannot make any online transactions with solo, obtain an electron visa which combines the feautures of credit cards but as long as you have money in your bank account.

i have found hardly anywhere that accepts electron seems the same 4 solo

It doesn't have to say "We accept electron visas". They considered as credit cards...

I have registered above 30 domains both to Godaddy and Regfly with my electron visa.

Might not be the cheapest on the web, but sure has alot of choices of extentions.

I have a Solo card myself, but personally I have just got a Paypal account linked with it, and pay for everything through paypal direct from bank account of existing paypal balance.

I think it's referring to an Electronic Visa...

PayPal offers something similar, an Electronic MasterCard...PP gives you the MC card number, exp. date, ect. (all of which is tied to your account, so you can put the info in, and it will deduct the amount from your balance) and you just fill that info in anywhere MCs are accepted. .

Electron visa is not issued in North America, that's why you haven't heard of it. It is issued in central and south America, Europe etc.
