Dear Sedo,

E-mails to you keeps bouncing, so I am forced to write here.

I was in the middle of an expensive Auction that ended around 4 pm PST. I got in a high bid, then someone outbid me, then your site went down, and stayed down. I could not bid again. You need to re-auction the names. I don't want to say which one publicly so as to not atrract attention to it for a reauction, but I'll be emailing the name when your mail servers are working again. It was a three letter dictionary word name. PM me and I'll tell you, Sedo.

They just emailed me. Gave me a legal answer with a copy of their policy. It doesn't matter if their site goes down, they say. Oh well, their loss on a name that would have gone much higher. Can't say much about their desire to provide service for their customers though. I believe that when this happens at snapnames, btw, they reauction.
