Dealing at Afternic

I'm listing some domains at afternic , today I received a email told me one of them was sold and please give the transfer code.

The question is I set the buy it now price is $10000 but it was sold at $6600 and I haven't received any mail to argue the price.

I want to know if it is a normal deal, do you guys have the same dealing like this at afternic?
