I have a newly ranked PR4 domain. I am using it for a tech deals website and plan on keeping it, but want to know how much it is worth.

This domain has potential as a deal website of any kind as well as a gambling website.

PR domains are really based on a couple things. Traffic and Link Popularity. If it has high Link Popularity, there is a good bet it's getting traffic.

In this case your LP is 5,330 which is considered Above Avg. Presence and if the domain was a PR 4, I would say for the domain only $150-$200, but I just checked http://seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html and it shows it's a PR 0 ??

Then you would have to base it on traffic only.

I don't know why my PR is showing up as fake. The PR came from Google's very recent update, maybe it hasn't gone through 100%?

I just launched a new version of my website. Dealfiesta.com/index.html, the old site that had the PR 4, has a 301 redirect to dealfiesta.com/index.php. Could that be causing the problem?
