.de versus .com extension?

I have found a pretty good name that is a combination of an English word & a German word...Do you think it has more value with the .com or .de extension?

this depends if the two-word fraze you found is commonly used in germany...is it?

Germans prefer .de over .com

But I don't know the value of a mixed language domain. Really depends on the name.
