So you made a header, black backdrop and parsed a few videos into the site.
Your site doesn't transport the dance aspect at all. There's no reference about your content other than the title of your page. Videos is a good start, but you should consider building other elements into your site. Navigation to different dance styles, voting, user submissions, comments, etc.

Website Concept is good , But the way it is presented is just ok.
I feel you can concentrate more on Website Design.

IMO Overall Concept+Design+Domain is just ok

Don't like it....That big video in front of the screen looks bad, also the black color should be replaced
