Scenario :
Received an inbound offer (from India)
Me : Offer rejected
Me : Counter offer sent
Buyer : offer accepted few hours later.

No news about payment after 3 days.
Fake buyer ?

Maybe $100mil is the max offer? I've had a couple of those, but never one higher. Very disappointing since I have several domains which are clearly worth more.

Reading through this thread reminds me of my first fake buyer on Sedo about 13 or 14 years ago. When there was no progress on the agreed negotiated price I contacted Sedo and was given the address of the supposed buyer - a bus stop in Abuja, Nigeria. LOL

Unfortunately fake bids from fake buyers are nothing new nor will the likelihood of them ending anytime in the next century be high.
